In January of 2011, clergy and members from seven Carl Junction churches met to discuss a food and clothing ministry for Carl Junction residents in cooperation with the Carl Junction Ministerial Alliance.

A Board of Directors was formed and the name Carl Junction Helping Hands Ministries (CJHHM) was incorporated.

CJHHM opened for ministry on May 4, 2011.  We continue operations Wednesdays and Saturdays with local volunteers from our area churches.  We give God the glory for our area Christians who have taken this step that blesses others - materially, physically and spiritually.
